I've tried several times to get a "Final Answer" on the Color Palette not opening with Corel9 + SP1 & SP2.

This is a custom palette, but Corel default won't come up on opening either. I'm on Win2K, but 2 other CPU's have Win98 & they do the same thing.
    All loaded with same disks.

Yes, custom palette is set as default.

Yes, I've gone into .ini & changed "0" to "1" on Show Palette, for each Palette.

    What else can I do???

Probably you have a corrupted workspace. If you have a custom workspace selected, go to options and select default workspace.

If this dosen't solve the problem. Hold F8 key while lauching DRAW and restore factory settings when asked.

    Hope it helps.
