But I'll tell ya what, if your request had been from the typical 1st time poster and used the eye-roll emoticon, I wouldn't likely choose to help for a future request.

I mean, so it took ya less than an hour. Patience, grasshopper. Someone would have been around sooner or later that might have known. And if an OP solves it in the mean time, kudos to them--at least if they aren't sarcastic about letting us know they solved it.

Dear Mike, the Cranky Old Sod. The rolleyes were for my own stupidity as I had the font installed on my computer. But I had to go to WhatTheFont to discover the name.
