I don't use web designer but at any rate I'm not sure you can. If you could it would have to be done on a frame by frame basis and would be difficult, but, I could be wrong.

This carousel in the Widget Pack 1 already has wmode="transparent" set.
So, in Chrome and Firefox, there is no white, it goes through to the Page background colour.
It fails with IE. I don't have a fix for it.

Yes, you are correct. Sorry for wasting your time. Is that something you can recommend to the company? I guess I could redesign the back ground in white and place a black and white picture that's screened back under the white text area. Then place the image carousel on top of the white text area. I will see if that works...thanks again for you time.

my answer would be to create your own with an html5 editor like hippani
that's what i did
you can then insert the resulting html in a transparent iframe
and it'll run on any browser any platform inc mobile
