Why can't I play these flash files on my tablet?

Flash is blocked or not installed by many new hardware as its obsolete software.
Google will stop supporting it shortly , Apple already did and browser creators will soon forcibly block flash content
To bad that many TG members still use flash based explanatory videos here.
Many posts i can't see anymore as I have deleted flash altogether on my machines.
