Image coverted to grey scale when drag and drop into template image

working with the two new web templates; Ultimate and John James. I changed the large main first picture on the page by dragging and dropping a new image from windows file explorer. When it is dropped it replaces the template image but converts my image to grey scale. Probably simple but can't figure out what setting is making it happen. All the other template images I have replaced kept the original image color.

What am I missing?

I think you just need to select the picture and click the 'Set no colour' button to remove the contone colouring.
