how does it works? (scrolling in designer pro x11)

hi everybody, i downloaded the last version of xara designer 11 and looking at the overview (http://www.xara.com/us/designer-pro/whats-new/) i was excited by the web site example at http://xaragroup.magix.net/ultimate/#xl_start .
When you click on a menu voice the page scroll down.
I think they used some options in the reveal options in web animation dropdown menu, but i'm not able to understand how it works. could you help me please...thank you in advance
