Default Re: Unable to find the filters to export that file with

I used the path from the Support page for the 32 bit installation system:
    C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Xara\\[Xara Web Designer 9 Premium]\\Filters\\HTMLfilter.dll

    Failed to load.

I'm sorry if I'm getting too excited, and talking stupid, but really, you guys are the first to help me.
    I'm very grateful.
    Thank You.

just noticed - you put square brackets round the program name - that is not correct should be:

    regsvr32 "C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Xara\\Xara Web Designer 9 Premium\\Filters\\HTMLfilter.dll"
    -------------------------------

    regsvr32 "C:\\Program Files(x86)\\Xara\\Xara Web Designer 9 Premium\\Filters\\HTMLFilter.dll"

    Hi Carpetstore,
To save on any grammar errors, or spelling mistakes the easiest method is to copy and paste; so first navigate to where the .dll file is, copy the location from the folder path, which should look something like this -C:\Program Files (x86)\Xara\Xara Designer Pro X11\Filters\ENG, once you've copied that open Command Prompt as Admin and what you need to type is = regsvr32 "(Right Click CMD Prompt and select Paste)\HTMLfilter.dll" then press enter.

If this doesn't work, can you take screenshots of the following - of the folder with the DLL in and ensure the pathway is showing fully, the CMD prompt with your inserted command, and the message that comes up when you press enter.

    Okay, Did just that.

    I get this error code:

The module ".." failed to load.

Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependent .DLL files

Specified module could not be found.

SO I double checked the path, and it's there and correct.

The command prompt came back as successful this time, as i used only one \ instead of \\
