    Default Web Designer 10 Premium update fail

    Keep getting the following message:

    Automatic check failed
    The update has been checked and is corrupt. Installation has been cancelled.
    Do you want to restart the update process?

    I've tried restarting the update process, but, keep getting the same message.

    File a support ticket at support.xara.com Sometimes you may need to download a special version of the update.

    I had similar for an earlier version of XDPX10, raised a ticket, and was advised to install from CD.
    I chose not to as I would l have lost my set-ups.
    It eventually sorted itself out for the next update release.

    Neither approach is much help and only you can balance configuration reset against minor bug fixes.
