create maps with XaraX - any manual/instruction out there in the web?

Hi there,
following question:
I would like to create maps (of vitual landscapes) with XaraX.
Maps in that way, you can find in an atlas. With flows, valleys, mountains, ridges and so forth.
Maps that you can find in some fantasybooks like Tolkiens "The Lord of the Rings".
That must be possible with XaraX. Or not?
If somebody knows where I can find an instruction in the web which can help me to create such maps with XaraX, please let me know!
