New To Xara - Text Not Appearing In Preview

Hey gang - I am new to Xara. I used a template to start learning the software - and whenever I put any type of text whether stand alone or in a text box - after I save the site then preview it - I don't see the text. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok when I moved the text to "Mouse Off" layer it worked. Can someone explain this to me. Be patient with me. Xara is all new to me.

The MouseOver layer is for objects that display only when a MouseOff object is moused 'over'. Like button colour changes for example.

The MouseOver layer is used mostly for navigation buttons and presents a Mouse Over action which creates a visual user feedback that the item is linked to something.

In order for this to work, however, the objects have to be linked. You can experiment by using the # pound sign for a link.
