CR2 FORMAT. Whats the problem with the import this images?

My problem is when i import the CR2 FORMAT (raw) the color are deformed by xara. My DSLR(canon t3i) take two pictures together JPEG and CR2(raw) but only JPEG have original color
CR2 have distortion. How i solve it?

I don't think I would use Xara for opening and editing raw files. Use an editor capable of editing, nondestructively, raw files and export to tiff or jpg.

I'd use Photoshop to open RAW files, from there export to JPG, TIF or PNG. I don't know if GIMP can open RAW (it should), for a free image editor, if you don't have Photoshop.

Another free editor that can open raw files is Raw Therapee

ok so... xara dont open cr2... sugestion to new version of software. OPEN RAW IMAGES.

To do it properly, Xara would need to allow adjustment layers, etc, so RAW editing was non-destructive. They would also need to stay on top of RAW file formats, which usually change with every new model of camera from a given camera manufacturer.

Which is why RAW editors exist.

Suggestion to users who want to use RAW images...either buy a decent RAW editor or download RAW Therapee as Frances linked to. then use it to tweak the RAW image portion of the file and export to one of the non-RAW formats for use in an Xara product.
