    Definitely people first.
    Again if you look low you get columns. Scrolling up or high, people.

    now for something different... I actually saw column people in seconds then decyphered they were separate...I scan sideways and on most things can be found squinting at them...so then I went back to your image and now I see column first then people. Anything to train the eye brain has to be good for you...I'm hoping anyway))
