Question Anybody else on here having this problem?

I'm a member of another forum in which I found myself logged out of and forgotten my password. No problem- just request a password reset, you might be thinking. I have sent numerous reset requests over the past few weeks and each one respons with telling me the email link's on it's way. I haven't received any yet. I know it's not my computer and I have been receiving email from other sources and have tried registering different email accounts and have tried to contract the administrators but haven't received any.
Can anybody shed some light on the situation?

Have you got a spam folder as your email client might be too keen?
Have you checked that the site you are accessing for the reset is itself genuine?

Nothing in the spam folder and it's a genuine site. I've had password resets from them before and never had the problem I've described and I didn't log myself out.

Never give up. You will never fail, but you may find a lot of ways that don't work.

How about giving up on your present login and just create a new account. Then try using that new account to contact the Admins and explain your problem? In this way you MAY be able to reconfigure your original account.
