You need to look for the .web or .xar files.

First, enable file extensions to be visible, for instance here's how in Windows 7 - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/w...ions=windows-7
When you save your project file it is saved to your computer ... only you know where exactly you saved it to If you can't remember, do a search for any .web files [you say in your profile you use Web Designer]
PS In your first screenshot there's a file "serenity_website" ... it might be that
