Webstyle 4 within Dreamweaver MX

I use Dreamweaver MX (now, 2004)
I installed the webstyle extension.
It works fine with "insert" (e.g. navbar)
When I re-open an html file containing a navbar,
it doesn't display,
despite that I selected "visual aids > display invisible components"
The only way I can display and then, edit my navbar, is by inserting a new webstyle component (i.e. small navbar), which I delete right away.
I then, and only then, can see my original navbar in place and can edit it.

I have tried to re-install: DW, and the extension, but no change there
ANY CLUE???????

I ran a test:
1-when the navbar is placed on a page with no frame, the object always dispalys within Dreamweaver

2-when my web page includes frames, then Dreamweaver doesn't display the navbar until I run the "insert navbar" again
