RE installing xara

Hi
Due to PC repairs im forced to re-install xara designer 6.
But after the download they ask for serial number which is either at the back of CD or confirmation email.I cant find the email,and tried the numbers at the back of CD case but nothing seems to work.I only see UK and US ISBN and above each 12 numbers,which im not sure are the SN.
The CD itself has no numbers.
I wonder if im doing anything wrong? Any help appreciated

Hopefully you bought it from Xara and set up your account password and email. If so go to Xara.com and log on. I don't remember offhand exactly what to do, but log on to Xara support and click on my products, there you will find a list of products you purchased from them. and their serial numbers. Barring that all you can do is contact Xara support, submit a ticket and explain your problem. They will help if they have a record of you purchase.
