Publish Website...errors

Hi all
I have been using xara web-designer 8 and recently upgraded to 9. When i preview the whole site its perfect..but when i publish i only see part of the home page only. Xara support have said its the version of xara im using 9.2.3.29638...but that is the latest one. Also the same happens if i use version 8 to publish...i have tried 2 different servers too with the same result. ANy ideas?

Use 'Check for updates' in the respective program.
