Xara Web Designer 7 or Xara Designer Pro 7, of course.

Only one thing I would add to Gary's information. Xara Web Designer 7 Premium or Xara Designer Pro 7 is what I would recommend. The Premium version has some features that Xara Web Designer 7 does not have.

Well, Xara Web Designer 7 is really one of the best but I would like to go with Web Studio 5.0. It's truly one of the best Web designing software for all time.
