Default Browser Page title not displaying properly

    Hi there,

I have completed a new website for a customer and I have set up the website title and description to be the same for every page.
The settings for some reason are only applying to the index page then all other pages are picking up the URL

Have you seen this before ?

    Cheers

Page title can be set in Website properties>>Website>>Title and will appear on all exported pages the same.
If this is what you have done yet the problem remains, please attach your xara file here for inspection. Thanks

Thanks for sending me your file Craig, (apologies for the delay)

Yep you have found a bit of a bug... It has now been reported.

For the time being here's a work around.

Create a placeholder object on the mouseoff layer anywhere on the index page (not pasteboard) and add this to the HTML code (head) in the placeholder tab.

<title>Welcome to PWLC Katy, Texas Call us on (281) 769-9204</title>

Set this placeholder as a repeating object (Arrange>>Repeat on all pages)

Finally, also on the index page, go to File>>Document Info and enter the same page title text in the comment area (but no tags):
Welcome to PWLC Katy, Texas Call us on (281) 769-9204
