Trouble with SimpleViewer Pro in Web Designer 9 Premium

I can't get a SimpleViewer Pro gallery to import correctly into Web Designer 9 Premium. Image placeholders display, but no images and no scrolling functionality. Any thoughts? Thanks.

You should explain exactly the steps you are taking to add the gallery so that we can have a clue about where you might be going wrong.

SimpleViewer Pro provides the following instructions. I have repeated these steps several times without success.

To embed your gallery in an existing HTML page:
1. Use svBuilder to create your SimpleViewer gallery.
2. Copy the entire contents of your SimpleViewer gallery folder into the folder that contains your HTML page.
3. In svBuilder, go to the Publish panel and copy the provided Embed Code. The embed code will look something like this:

simpleviewer.ready(function () {

Independent of Xara, the gallery opens and functions well in my browser.

When the Embed Code is dropped onto a Xara page or copied into a Xara placeholder, the placeholder shows up in the Page & Layer Gallery, but is represented on the page only as a small rectangle with a white fill. The rectangle can be resized but it remains only a white rectangle.

When the gallery is imported in Xara as an entity, Xara notes that an import has occurred but my Xara page shows no new layer nor placeholder.

I assume that I am failing to initiate some basic step, thereby preventing Xara from reading and/or importing the SimpleViewer gallery’s associated files.

I would very much appreciate any insights you might have.

Just downloaded and installed s Viewer - after a trying to work out in which folder to save the files, I got it to work.
What a great little program!
My images are 1200px wide and I see in the code: "sv-container", "120%", "120%"
When I preview the page in various browsers, the slide show is offset to the right by about 20% - ie. its not in the middle of the page.
Can this be fixed?
When I go the fullscreen, the show is centred.
