I think you may need the Original xra file to duplicate it but What do I know, I'm an Xara noob I'm an X Adobe junky. But to me that would be logical.

Jim is correct, you will need the original Web Designer 7 project file (filename.web) to make changes and republish your site.
However, since version 8, you can import from the web each page (at a time) which will reconstruct the layout with images and text in place. It will not however import any links or special HTML features and so on. But it's a start.
Always Archive your sites because you never know when you will have the need for it again. I just went though this . My Brother pointed this out to me when I was &^%*** up a storm. it's good advice, I guess older brothers are good for that!

If you have some graphics from the previous site or Perhaps a screen shot You may be able to slice it up in Photoshop or a like program. and use the slice components to reconstruct your site that way. Create a new template.

If worse comes to worse ,you may have to bite the bullet and do a complete remake from scratch.
Thanks Jim

Yes, this is possible, and you can slice it up in Xara Web Designer or Designer Pro, no need for PS
Also, have a look at Ima Guest's tutorial for recreating an existing web page here:

I am always saving my project as a .xar or .web file and then I ftp it to my domain.
This always makes the project files available for me to access from where ever I am.
