Bending Text

How can I bend text? Example... Creating a rectangle, convert rectangle to editable shape, and then dragging bottom center line of rectangle upwards a bit, giving rectangle and arched bottom and the other three sides straight. How can I do that with a word (Text)?.... the word would be strait at the top, but arched at the bottom. I'm stumped. Thanks.

Select the text with the Mould Tool, apply an Envelope, and adjust the control handles.
