One long page makes all the other's long?

I have one really long page (vertically) and all the rest in the site that I am building are fairly normal sized. But when I view my site I notice that even the sites that easily fit within my browser window have a super long vertical scroll. How does one fix that?

You don't say which software you are using in your profile so I'll reply with the latest versions of Web Designer in mind.

Press SHIFT+CTLR+O
Go to Page Size
Un check All pages in website the same size.

Once this is done, press Apply.
You may now manually resize each page independently.
