How to Draw Snow Hills?

Build yourself a brush or import Egg's.

csehz, everything is there in egg's xar file, including the sparkle brush and how he drew the line. The stars and sparkle stars appear to be the same shape it's just the sizes that are different. You only need to make one star and using the freehand tool create a brush from that, then draw a line and select the brush just made and edit spacing and whatever other parts you want to change then save it and it's done. Pick apart egg's xar file to see how he did it. Tip: select egg's sparkles and with the freehand tool open new brush and select the white stars, or open the line gallery/new brush strokes and you will see the sparkle brush. There are some good tutorials made by various TG members on creating a brush. The one that always gives me the most trouble is a color changeable brush. Not sure why but it does.
