How to share Content Management for new site?

Hi

Having successfully created my own company website, I now wish to create a new site for my rowing squad. I can set this up, but don't wish to be the only person responsible for the content management. Is it possible once I have created the site to let others change the content remotely?

I have Xara Web Designer MX Premium V8.

I've had a look and it looks like a great solution. I don't have any html experience, so am dependent on the wysiwyg format - which I love - So just wondering if the XT-CMS would be pretty straightforward & manageable for a novice like me?
