Unable to change text

Using the viewfinder template in Web Designer MX Premium, the about page. First title: Loren Ipsum. I cannot change text. It acts like it is in a soft group, but after ungrouping the main soft group, there is no ungroup option. Help.Thanks

Select the text with the Text Tool. Click on the text then highlight the text you want to modify.

I just tried to Ungroup the text and it does so. It should all be selectable and ungroupable.

Did that, but can't change the Loren Ipsum. When I click with text tool on that title I get the text line and a flashing cursor. I can type new text but not change the title. When I use the pointer to click on text block the title and the body text move together. I can change the body text but not the title.

I just tried it again and I am not having any problems, except that the text did not retain the formatting. So I am at a loss as to explain what is happening.

Maybe one of the other members can think of why this is happening?
