Yes, you have all Page Background and Pasteboard Background layers unlocked. These should remain locked layers.

This is the first site I have ever done and was kinda dropped in it so if you see anything else I made a mistake with or could be better please say.

Utilities>>Optimise all images

28 images will be optimised.

Save the file
Close Web Designer,
Restart Web Designer and open your file.

Result = Rather than a 10.8Mb file you now have a 2Mb file and those large images will not be unnecessarily consuming memory while the site is open in Web Designer.

Example. The blue car on page one is using 9Mb of memory alone (see the Bitmap Gallery)
Once optimised will use only 112Kb..

It soon adds up an can result in 'Out Of Memory' errors and possible file corruption.
