mouse over black&white/color

Hi, i need help, how to make in Xara web designer premium pro 7 photo black and white and when place mouse over to go color ?

Create a new layer. Put your color photo on this layer and on the mouseoff layer in exactly the same place. On the mouse off layer, select the photo and select the Photo Tool. Set the saturation to -100 (black and white).

Link the mouse off image using the Mouse-over link option (Website Properties > Mouseover) Show pop-up layer. You can add a fade effect to make the transition slower. (Download attached .web file to see how this works.)
