You can download a template for doing Covers and/or avatars in Xara (and in the newest versions you can upload your images directly from the share menu) from the Xara Xone

There is also an easy method of using a Xara created web page as a custom tab on a Facebook business page. If you can give us a bit more info we can help you better.
