Is there a way to make a form without the Form Logix widget?

There is no way in Web Designer to natively create a form, so a form widget is the easiest way to add a form to your site.

I like JotForm as it offers a lot of flexibility and yet has very good features such as a bunch of templates and captcha.

Been using jotform for two years and no problems so far. You pretty much have total freedom to create the exact look you are after, you can even paste in css to customize is further.

Also have a look at CoffeeCup Web Form Builder. I use it for on-line entries from our Xara-created website into rabbit shows and it works perfectly, automatically emailing me the entry, the entrant a copy of their entry and building a csv file of entries with no work from me! Really good. Have a look: www.huddersfieldrabbits.org.uk
