Floating button

There's probably an easy way of doing this but I've not done it before so thought I'd ask...

I have created a long page, it's a FAQ page, which requires the viewer to scroll down a fair bit. What I thought would be nice would be a 'return to the top' button but to have it follow the page as the viewer scrolls down, so that it is always available to press.

So how do I do this?

Reading the thread it seems like that is what I am after, however, can you tell me what I do with the files when I download them? Where do I store them on my hard drive and how do I get to them from WD MX?
