two scripts conflict

hi all, i use xara web desg 7 premium and here is my problem. Here on forum i found this script jquery-auto-resize-background-image-all-browsers and i used it works fine, but when i added FADE EFFECT SLIDESHOW on same page where is jquery-auto-resize-background-image-all-browsers it wonnt cycle just stands and do nothing showing first image. I'm not sure if this will help but it's worth a try.

Select the slide show object and bring it to the top (Ctrl + f).

nope, still the same. here is the background script http://board.xara-users.info/download/file.php?id=6579 and just add some FADE EFFECT SLIDESHOW from desigh gallery, can someone make this work, pls any help
