Error message loading .web files

Hi, I just upgraded from Web Designer MX to Designer Pro X, and every time I try to load a .web file, it loads as a .xar file I get the message "Failed to copy the XAR file's support folder". Really cramping my web work, as you can bet. Thanks for any help.

Hi,
that sounds normal..as designer Pro X is vector drawing application primarily with the capabilities of web production..as for the failed to copy Xaras support folders you may have to find the directory that Web designer used for you files from the directory they reside..after you have them located everything should be fine.
