Fixed background image - how to accomplish?

I have a question and hope someone can point me to the solution ... I just saw this website from dicoverwebsites and am curious how I can achive the effect that the background image is fixed and the main content is scrollable:

I'm not sure but have a look at Covoxer's Tweakset.

There are many tweaks that you can add to your existing website and I think one of these will make your background image stationary.

Thanks, installed the Tweakset and the "Don't scroll background image" was it ...
