Follow Us On Facebook badge

Is the "Follow Us On Facebook" badge still available? I see the nice, large "follow Us" buttons on sites all the time. Are these custom badges?

I went through all of those options already but can't find a "Follow Us On Facebook" button. I even found the option to create a new badge but it would not let me name a badge "similar to a facebook badge that already exist".

And it forces me to log into my personal facebook page rather than the page I Admin. The code I receive appears to be a code that would like to my personal fb.
