Buttons do not jump to Links

I'm going nuts here.
I have a button bar and when I change the links to web links and upload the site buttons when clicked do not jump to the URL but if I right-click and choose open in new Tab then the new tab has the correct jump to address.

How do I get the buttons to jump directly to the new URL on mouse-click??

Works fine here too.

It might have been a cache problem. If this happens after you have updated a site, try pressing F5 or Ctrl + F5.

This refreshes the page or forces a refreshing of the page.

If this were not an volunteer job I would ask to be fired. Sorry. The original thread was moderated which means that only the moderators can see it. I approved the tread but then the original post and follow up posts (by moderators who could see the thread) are still moderated. So I approved them, but not netchess's original question. I have at long last approved his post. I think everything should be visible now to everybody.

I'll keep my day job.
