One thing that I found quite distracting is the layout of your text, as the margins are not properly lined up. The chapter titles at the top of each page should be positioned in the same place and have the same font size. I find the title of your tutorial could be clearer, e.g.: Jim's Tutorial on CyberLink's "PowerDirector 10 Ultra"
You might also consider adding page numbers and the total number of pages so that users have a sense of where they are in your tutorial.
As a matter of personal taste, I would only use one background color and only one transition effect.
I am not a PowerDirector user and have only skimmed the text but I imagine that your tutorial might be quite useful to those who do use it.
