Hello Dave

You can use the Align menu (Arrange > Alignment) or you can create one circle then clone it (Ctrl k) and change the size on the Infobar, or you can hold down the Shift key and resize the circle. The Shift key constrains the resizing from the center.

Both very helpful.

It's taking me a while to get to grips with things. My two biggest frustrations are doing simple things like this, and when I work thru tutorials actually finding the features in Xara described.

But I'm getting there and enjoying it tremendously.
