Default embedding other webpages into main website

    Hallo guys.
I am new to XARA (FrontPage before long time ago) and having a lot of fun with it. Am developing my new business an event/incentive organizer/travel agency website. So lots of hotel pages to be included inside it.
Question is how to go around it not to have one huge main website with 250 pages, but embedding the separated hotel files?

Trying to say (sorry English is not my mother tongue) I think the best way is to have a "hotel" template, save those as different files and embed these separately.
What is the best way to embed these separate hotel pages into the main site?
Have read something about it, but do I have to publish these hotel pages separately first before I can embed?.

Another question is that I a problem with page stretch. When deleting content from a page it does not stretch back to it's original size. What do I do wrong?

(P.S. my website is not live yet.)
Thanks a lot for your advice.

    Hi Ilona, welcome to TG

Embedding another page/site within a parent page is possible (using an iframe) but it is not good for search engine visibility. It is also a method that can be just as complicated as maintaining a 250 page Xara site (usually split over several sites with similar design and menu structure)

As to the page shrinking problem - you are not doing anything wrong, that's how it works.

Thanks. So it's not wise to do it.
and as to your 2nd answer, I have to shorten the page myself, which is a bit difficult as I can''t seem to have my footer stick to the bottom of the page.

The devil is in the detail. In sites with few images the task is easier as the entire site can be held in memory (and in a single file) so it is easy to make site wide changes. With larger file sizes the website has to be split up into separate sub sites so that a site wide change entails multiple edits.

It may be possible to use layers if the structure of your site allows it. This may cut down the number of pages required.

Right click, select position then footer
