NEWBIE again - tables and third party menus

Hi Again, been playing with this all evening and, so far, I am very impressed with how easy this is to use. A couple of questions - it doesn't seem to do tables, I can bodge something together but am I missing an option somewhere?
Secondly, is there any way I can bolt in an external html menu, generated by, say, blumentals menu generator?

You can copy and paste a table from Microsoft Word but there is no table building function.

You can build a table using tabs but it is by no means automated.

You can probably use the script generated by a third party menu solution using a placeholder. See Help > Index > Placeholder Objects.

But you might be better off recreating the menu which will make it easier to edit and to add and delete pages.
