There is no straight forward way of doing this in Xara WD7/WDP/DP7. There are ways of achieving some CMS (Content Management System) functionality but they are not simple or pretty. Do a forum search for "CMS". There have been quite a few threads.

If your client is happy to be able to edit just one page, it is very easy to embed a blog that fills the whole web page. You can call it "news" or "info" and let them edit the blog and the changes are reflected immediately in the web page with no web designer intervention. That is how I have 'pacified' a couple of my clients. Here is an example http://rlgpstracking.com/news.htm.
Hi Nita,
The vBulletin search feature is not very reliable.
Try this google search

Andymack,
Very nice. What method did you use to get blog into Xara website?
It is very simple to embed a Blogger Blog, ( not WordPress) just create a placeholder and enter this HTML code:
<div align="left"><iframe src=http://thisdomainname.blogspot.com/ width="950" height="610"></iframe></div>
Obviously swap out the name of the blog, change the width and height until you see it fits OK and you are done.
No need for the div - Xara does that based on where you position the iframe placeholder
No need for the pixels sizes either, this being constrained by the placeholder size, so use 100% for both
