    Default problems witgh text edit

    hi, i have some problems with the text edit.
    I can not select or edit existing textfiles.
    When i use to selct the text, it opens a new textfolder but dont open the existing on.

    why?
    Cant i edit text after saving and reopen maybe?

    Not sure if I understand the problem.

    Are you referring to the Text Tool ("T" on the keyboard) or the code editor ?

    I mean the Text Tool "T".
    as i say, i cant select existing Textes (not for all textes)

    P.s.
    I found out that the Textfiles i cant select are in a group.
    I dunno why and how i made it but is it possible to but it back in a textfile?

    If grouped with another object (or even itself) text will be converted to a graphic on export.

    This behaviour can be over-ridden by applying the name "htmltext" to the text object.

    I believe that by using a 'soft group' there's no need to use the HTMLTEXT name
    JOHN -XaReg (FB) XaReg (DB - ignore prompt to register)
