Default Image Map Links - How to?

OK, I have an image that has the logos for both facebook and twitter in it. How do I select a portion of the image and then link it to the social network in question? I know I can split the image into two images and then link to each that way, but there must be a way to do it like we used to do in html coding using image maps... Any ideas? Thanks in advance...

neodeist: That is exactly what I need to do. But I don't know how to go to Outlines View in WD. And I can't find anything about that or 99% transparent shapes go going to the Help area of WD. Can you steer me in the right direction to learn how to do this? Thanks!
