Comic on Xara

I guess some people like a mix of modern and traditional media. Each to their own.

The bad news is like many cartoonists say in Scott Macdonalds book on page 255 its hard for most to make a living from comics, on top of that its very hard work. All your free time is spent on drawing.
I think ill go back to my guitar or get involved in cartoon movies

i was watching a programme about 4 foreign cartoonistswho live in berlin.
They all draw on paper and use sable brushes,and pencils,from what i saw.
Since the more recent versions of Xara make freehand easier to use, I wonder why most still prefer to waste money on ink and use paper instead of tablets?

You might just as well ask - why do people waste electricity on an electric guitar, when they could play an acoustic 'for free'

maybe you should stick to the guitar [whichever kind you prefer]

the creatoon project is dormant - has been for around 5 years at least - as cutout animation goes not a bad program in itself

I don't know the xtranormal site, but if you are making 'movies' out of premade asset [drawings] then I guess it might test your scripting/storyboarding/'cinematographic' skills more than anything else ?
