Is the transparent image to which you refer is the green shape (semi-transparent?), then select this image and Arrange > Bring to Front. That ought to do the trick.
If the image is the transparent electric drill that is floating top left, I can't help you.

Yes, green shape is transparent. How to make such rounded green area? Should I manually move such curve?
Sorry. I did not understand your question.
Create a rectangle. Arrange > Convert to Editable Shapes
Switch to the Shape (Editor) Tool (F4).
Select and Delete the top left control point.
Drag the top side downward into a curve.

Hi,I have tested this and I have version XWD6. This link is not inside Arrange > Convert to Editable Shapes
Is this true or version 7 supports this?

In WD6 you choose Ctrl+1 (Add shapes) then you can drag to make the curve

BTW - In your file the rectangle is already editable so it must have worked doing ctrl+1 :-)
