Scrollbar Coloring Issue
I am currently working on a new site and I need to color the scrollbars black. Below is the code for the scrollbox, and in Xara Web Designer 6 they show up black, but when I upload the site they appear in standard gray. Is there a problem with the code or the program?

This only works in Internet Explorer.
I am not aware of a solution for the other browsers.

Yeah I had someone tell me "The black scrollbars are great!" and I was like "What?!", so I figured it was my browser. Thanks!
