Presentation in an iframe on my website

I've found that there's no allowance for a DP7 website to have a DP7 presentation contained within it naturally. When I tried to make the some of the pages of my website into presentation pages by checking "presentation" in the website tab of the web properties dialog - all pages of my web site became presentation type.
Someone suggested that I could create an iframe and insert the source code from the presentation if I made it separately and uploaded it as it's own site. I uploaded the presentation to it's own URL ( http://www.petermacinnes.0catch.com/gps2/index.htm ) where it displays properly and then copied all the page source code and placed it in the body html code placeholder - and then uploaded my web site - but nothing...
any suggestions would be appreciated
