Trouble loading new web templates

I just bought Xara and downloaded the anniversary files as instructed in the clipart folder. I have restarted xara and the new website templates are not listed. Can anyone help? The web templates are exactly what I was looking for and I really wanted to get started customizing them for my site. I filled out a help ticket, but have not received an answer yet.

Did you install the templates by selecting the folder in the Designs Gallery and then downloading? Or did you download the templates from a website?

Can you describe the steps you took? Maybe one of us can repeat these steps and see if we can locate your errant templates.

Thanks for you kind offer of assistance! I downloaded from an email link and followed the instructions below.

Double click the zip file to open it and extract its contents to
<ProgramFolder>Clipart (where <ProgramFolder> is the folder
where you installed Web Designer, usually
“C:Program FilesXaraWeb Designer 7”).

After extraction, make sure the “AnniversaryThemes” folder and
file “pack_anniversaryThemes_catIndex.txt” are correctly located as
<ProgramFolder>ClipartAnniversaryThemes and
<ProgramFolder>Clipartpack_anniversaryThemes_catIn dex.txt.
Then restart the program and you should see the new category
“Xara 30th Anniversary Themes” at the bottom of the Designs Gallery.

OK I am revising my previous post as I have finally sorted this out.

First of all, the images will not load in the correct order. So look at the image numbers, 1.png, 2.png, 3.png

1. Open the Zip file and drag the text file and the folder from the right side of the window onto the desktop.

2. Open Windows Explorer and go to the directory where Xara Web Designer is installed. This is usually C:/Program Files (x86).

Find the Xara folder. Open and go to the Web Designer Premium 7 folder and then to the Clipart sub-folder.

3. Drag or copy and paste the Anniversary Themes folder and the pack_anniversaryThemes_catindex.txt files into the Clipart folder.

Open Web Designer 7 and the Anniversary Themes will appear at the bottom of the fly out menu.
