Page extends to far

So this is a new problem I encountered today. If I preview the site or even a page at the bottom the background color extends for way longer than it needs to. Its a huge scroll down on every page, not sure how i did this.

click 'file', then 'page options'. You can adjust the length of pages there. If you have one page that needs to be longer than others, you will want to unclick the box that directs the program to make all pages the same size, and then alter the length of any different pages individually.
