PDF Manual for Xara Web Designer 7 Premium

There's much talk about this in the XWD area of the forum. Nobody seems to know a lot about it, except that it apparently comes on the CD if you acquire the product that way.

It would REALLY be nice if somebody would tell us what is in this manual and how one can acquire it.

Specifically, how can those of us outside the UK who did not get a CD get our hands on the manual? Download it somewhere? Buy the CD if we didn't get it when we downloaded?
